Welcome to the HOV Pooled-Fund Study (PFS) web page! You will find a wealth of information about the HOV PFS and the most recent activities.  This site also contains an inventory of freeway HOV facilities in the U.S. and Canada. 

The HOV PFS is intended to identify and address the key issues and challenges that public agencies are facing with HOV facilities.  This study provides a forum to pursue projects that address the needs that are common among participating members.  Any agency or authority responsible for planning, designing, implementing, managing, and operating HOV facilities is eligible to join and participate in the PFS.
