HOV Facility Information
This page contains information on planned and existing HOV facilities that are located on controlled access freeways in the U.S. and Canada. It contains the following information:
- Planned HOV facilities: proposed location, length and status.
- Existing HOV facilities: location, route number, length, hours of operation, eligibility rules and status.
This inventory is updated approximately every six months based on information that agencies voluntarily forward. If the information listed for you agency requires updating, click on Revisions Needed, for details on where to submit these changes. The HOV PFS and FHWA provide the resources to maintain this
inventory.
The HOV PFS is sponsoring an effort to update the HOV facility inventory database. As part of this effort, a web-based clearinghouse (i.e. repository) is created to house the updated and enhancement HOV facility inventory database as well as significant and relevant documents, information, and products related to HOV facilities. The HOV Clearinghouse website can be access from the HOV Facility Inventory and Clearinghouse Project webpage.
HOV facility information can be found by searching for a specific location, type, route number, or by reviewing the entire list of existing or planned facilities by clicking on one of the links below.
