How To Join

Agencies are able to join the HOV PFS at any time during the year, even though the formal solicitation for new members only occurs annually. Current members welcome the participation of cities, counties, transit authorities, toll authorities, and turnpike authorities, MPO's and State DOT's. State transportation agencies interested in joining the HOV PFS may conveniently submit commitment online at the Transportation Pooled Fund Program Website. Other agencies should submit an expression of interest along with the Funding Commitment Form to initiate the process to become member.
