Membership

Any public agency or authority that is responsible for managing planning, design, implementation, management and operation of HOV facilities is eligible to join and participate in the HOV PFS. A formal solicitation for participation in the HOV PFS will occur annually, although agencies can join at any time during the year. The intent of this solicitation is to include interested agencies in the process to identify and select new projects based on the amount of resources that have been committed by members for the upcoming year.
