Overview
The goal of the HOV Pooled-Fund Study (HOV PFS) (Study Number TPF-5(029)) is to assemble regional, state, and local agencies, and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to (1) identify issues that are common among agencies; (2) suggest projects and initiatives; (3) select and initiate projects intended to address identified issues; (4) disseminate results; and (5) assist in solution deployment.
